admin@native directory folder is missing

We installed Hyperion 11.1.2.3 version recently and the system has Essbase,Planning etc.., we are trying to migrate few artifacts using LCM. when we are trying to place source .xml file into target> import_export folder>admin@native directory> this respctive folder is missing.

we can able to see the export file in shared services>file system. However, when we clicked on this item, its showing error saying that EPMLCM-13000

Could you please advise on this issue
