Territory information ( territory id) not populating from OKS to AR interface

Hi all,

We have the setup in AR to default the territory information from Ship to of customer ( system option setup). We have the territory flexfield defined for the customer ship to. But when invoices are received from OKS, we do not get the territory id populated in the AR interface.

Is this an issue? Is there any setup that is to be done in SC module for getting the territory information sent to AR?

Please let me know, if any of you have an idea.
