Organization defined are not showing in form

Hi,

I created Organizations in 'Define Organization' form in HRMS Responsibility. But, few organizations are missing and not reflecting in front end. Whereas, from backend I could see all Organizations created.

Please let me know, how can I restore the missing data in front end?
