How to install tools release 9.1.5 on JDE EnterpriseOne?

Dear All,

I am newbie to JDE configuration/installation. Recently, I am assigned to install tools release 9.1.5 on JDE EnterpriseOne Testing server. This is the first time that i am going to install tools releases. Can anyone of you please tell me on how to deploy packages/tools? Is there any step-by-step guide or note that you can share with me?
