Rich Text Editor missing on Siebel Sample Installation

Hi All,

I have installed Siebel Sample with version 8.1.1.11 and patchset 13.I wanted to check the Email Response screen with the font formatting functionality using the Rich Text Editor provided out of the box.However, found that the same is not available after the installation.I have enabled Open UI for the same.

Have searched Oracle My Support for the same but did not find anything.Please suggest some solution for the same.
