Has anyone else experienced very slow ASCP workbench form opening?

Multiple users have been having problems with Advanced Supply chain Planning workbench form where it opens only after 40 seconds, sometimes more.

Other users meanwhile can open form in a few seconds. Does not seem to be tied in with specific user profile.

Any tips how to diagnose what exactly could be issue or tips on how to resolve the problem? I understand that the form is larger than others but 40 seconds is too long for single form to open.

Comments and speculations welcome.
