Is table HZ_CONTACT_RESTRICTIONS available in R12.2.4?

This table is available in ETRM even if there are several note/bugs that mention that is obsolete for R12.

HZ_CONTACT_RESTRICTIONS is available on etrm in R12.1 and either in R12.2.2

As obsolete notes are:

- bug Bug 4863211   : HZ: DROP OBSOLETE OBJECT, will drop

synonym, package HZ_CONTACT_RESTRICTIONS_PKG using scripts arhdrbcv.sql and arhdrpv1.sql.

This bug is for 12.0

- Another note 1524624.1 is referring to view HZ_CONTACT_RESTRICTIONS as obsolete.

In opposite side are:

- In Customer UI - TCA.pdf this table appears as available

- ETRM with R12.1.1 and R12.2.2

Another debate is started on community, commId=3083442, but without no result, at least from my point of view.
