Latest version of Business Intelligence Mobile App Designer

We currently have 11.1.1.7.140715 OBIEE and mobile app designer installed. We seem to have a lot of issues with the designer just trying to create standard simple queries. We are able to create more complex analysis within OBIEE with no issues. We are trying to use two different browsers but we receive the same issues. IE10: 10.0.9200.17148 and Chrome: 39.0.2171.71.

Anyone have any ideas?
