auto release not happening for make items

Hi

we have few items in MRP for which auto release not happening

There are compression days of 1 days in all the items  and I have set "MSC: Auto-Release Compression Days" to 2 at site level and "MSC: Allow Release of Planned Orders from Demand Schedule Plan" to yes

still its not creating the wip jobs

release time fence is 1 day

what else to check?
