Patch 4165000 failed to Upload apoiekvs.ldt

Hi,

We are in the process of applying the Latest Recommended patches for Financials/PA/HRMS to make our 11.5.10.2 Instance at latest patch level. While Applying the following patches 3 .ldt files failed to upload during patching sessions.

LDT files failed to upload:=

apoiekvs.ldt/b3848500vs.ldt/faqvs.ldt

Uploading from the data file /rfortst1/applmgr/1159/ap/11.5.0/patch/115/import/US/apoiekvs.ldt

Altering database NLS_LANGUAGE environment to AMERICAN

Dumping from LCT/LDT files (/rfortst1/applmgr/1159/fnd/11.5.0/patch/115/import/afffload.lct(115.43), /rfortst1/applmgr/1159/ap/11.5.0/patch/115/import/US/apoiekvs.ldt) to staging tables
