Calculation Manager out of Sync with SQL

This applies to Planning and HFM.

Recently we see that the time stamps on the business rules are old.  When we open the rule, it is the old code too.  After several log ins, sometimes we get the current rules.  When we compare the old rules with SQL, we can confirm that they are not current.  Somehow, sometimes calculation manager is not returning the current rules.  Its pretty frighening because if we didn't catch it and deployed, I think we would deploy old rules.

We have 2 foundation servers, load balances with calc manager on both.  We see no coorelation between hitting one server or the other and getting good or bad results.
