R04425 failed to reval a USD trans on a CAD company - run a/o 11/30/14 - voucher was open then, but

R04425 failed to reval a USD transaction on a CAD company. It was run with an as/of date of 11/30/14 and the open USD transaction had been paid in December, 2014. Should I expect to see this voucher revalued since it was open 11/30/14? If so, can you tell me specifically what date field (alias) the program is looking at to establish that the voucher is within the as/of date?
