Need to change uid of oracle user on one node in 2 node RAC

Hello,

CRSD is not starting on one of the nodes node2 givign error in crsd.log that OCR is unaccessible   - insufficent privileges .It also says that ASM is not running although ASM is up and all diskgroups are mounted. This is 11gR2

The uid of oracle user is 500 on node1   and on node2 it's different.I suspect that this could be because of uid being different on node2.

How do I change /Can I change the uid of oracle user on node2?
