Specific user not able to see 'Receiving Transaction Summary' records
Hello Gurus,
When a specific user querries the 'Receiving Transaction Summary' form with only 'Date Range' as the query criteria; system throws error APP-PO-14094: No records meet your search criteria. we had faced similar issue before but no documentation is available on that. There is one note 1359241.1 - Specific User Not Able To See Transaction Level Records From Receiving Transaction Summary RCVRCVRC. That captures the scenario.
However, I am not clear with the 'Cause' section of the note. Because of this we are not able to reproduce and resolve the issue. If any one of you have faced and resolved this issue; can you please guide on the resolution?
