Regular disk error state in solairs 10

Hi All,

We have facing an error at regular basis in our non-prod environment server. Where we have recently changed the controller bus to resolve the repeated issue

But eventhough still the problem persist. But after a reboot of server will clear the error automatically.

Any one help us to understand the RCA for this.
