Weird Login Screen after upgrading to 8.1.1.14 from 8.1.1.11

Hi,

We recently upgraded to Siebel 8.1.1.14 from 8.1.1.11. After restarting the siebel server we are getting a weird login page for Open UI but when we disable the Open UI, login page comes as expected. We don't find any error in the console.

We saw one document(Doc ID 1597132.1) for 8.1.1.11 where the same issue occurred and the solution provided was to test it with new srf present in the Oracle Software Delivery Cloud  but we dint find any srf file for 8.1.1.14
