E1 9.1 BIP W-2 - year missing

We successfully generated a BIP W-2 from E1 9.1 in our test environment but the year is missing on the BIP output.  Are we missing a setting in our year end workbench?  I don't see a processing option on BV-R07885, version XJDE003BI that requires the year to be entered.
