How to find the maximum temp space used monthly

Hello,

  In our Oracle EBS R12.1.3/11.2.0.2 hosted by Oracle Cloud Services, I would like to track the maximum temp space used in a our instance so that I size the temp tablespaces properly. The issue is that I have been going through cycles of performance improvements over a year and the Oracle code for GL programs like FSGs, Translation, Intercompany Eliminations, and several other GL and none GL programs have improved and I see no reason to continue to have large amount of temp space. However, I would like to track the maximum space used on a monthly basis so
