Greetings all!

For our community: The ODA has now been available since 2011! 
-- Time to share some of our Best Practices, Tips and Techniques.

It would be very helpful and appropriate if everyone in the community can add, rate and prioritize their favourite Best Practice, Tip and Techniques.

Based on my support perspective: Many of the highest priority SRs would never occur if only a few best practices had been implemented.

BEST PRACTICES:


1. Keep your ODA Patching Level up to date!

- I would nominate Patching up to the current level as the single most important activity to keep your ODA trouble-free
