Elapsed threshold behaviour when a completely elapsed period is chosen

Hi all,

     based on what is written on Oracle Configuration Guide, I have set the elapsed measures as:

pDay = prefer (today-1, if (now>end, last, -1))

elapsed = pDay.pst

For current/future periods It works exactly as expected but if I select a completely elapsed period (e.g YEAR = 2013), and look at "All Calendar" level, then the cell is editable even if all weeks are read-only.

Do you know if it is the expected behaviour?
