Physical Standby Active Datagaurd real time apply is very slow. How can I improve its performance.

2 Node RAC, with 4 redo log group (1g each), and 10 standby redologs (1g each).

db set for  MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE

log_archive_dest_2 set to  SERVICE=ooephq03_stby NOAFFIRM  ASYNC VALID_FOR=(ONLINE_LOGFILES, PRIMARY_ROLE) DB_UNIQUE_NAME=XXX_STBY

it is taking about 60 to 70 sec to see the data in the dataguard side.

How can I reduced this lag time.
