Latest Timezone Feature in R12.2.4

in Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello,

We are  Implementing R12.2.4 oracle EBS as transactional system. As a part of it, we a interface finance, other  transaction data In and out from our system. We have hit Time Zone issue and we are trying to resolve Time zone difference problem between Client and Server Time zone using Current Oracle functionality. Please suggest if there is any latest capability available out of box to deal with this situation.
