Cause:        Subroutine rvtbm_batch_mngr() returned an internal error.

RVTBM-040: ORA-20101: Records are found locked by another session.
ORA-06512: at

Cause:        A SQL error has occurred in RVTBM.  The SQL error is &LSQL_ERR.
