Q:Appraisals adding Objectives - they are displayed in duplication?

Hi There -

When completing a standard appraisal, and adding objectives - the objectives in the selection list is duplicated 4 times. Has anyone encountered this or knows on a fix?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
