adapcctl.sh: exiting with status 204 in R12

While restarting R12 instance in Hp-UX environment, we encountered the following error code :

  U02/testapps/APPnov27/inst/apps/TNOV27_ebsds/admin/scripts >./adapcctl.sh start

   You are running adapcctl.sh version 120.7.12010000.2

   Starting OPMN managed Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) instance ...

   12/08/14-13:35:29 :: Removing gantt cache directory

   12/08/14-13:35:32 :: Successfully removed the gantt cache
  directory:/U02/testapps/APPnov27/apps/apps_st/comn/webapps/oacore/html/cabo/images/cache/gantt

   adapcctl.sh: exiting with status 204

Thus, the login page is not coming up......
