Restore ASM Volumes/Diskgroup from NetApp SAN snapmirror backup

We have new servers where we installed CRS and ASM. Copied the NetApp snapmirrior SAN backup from one source to the new server SAN storage. We would like to restore these Volumes and Diskgroup on the new server.

Can you provide the steps?

After the snapmirror copy and replication was broken. We ran oracleasm scandisk. We see the volumes already created. In the ASM we see the 2 diskgroup from source but are not mounted. The volumes are in a state "Member" but not linked to the the diskgroup.
