Partition doubt

HI,

I'm looking to create range partitions for this table, after PARTITION "M12Y10"  there are no new partitions created  for this table and new data is inserted to "Bigger" partitions,

if i have to alter the table and  create partition from where it is left what is the method i should follow to create partition as for the years  since Y11,Y12,y12,Y13,y14,y15...withoyt any data loss.

version 11203,table details are attached.
