Getting ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [ktbdchk1: bad dscn]

Hi All,

In our production environment(Data Gurad Primary Server) , Alert log is flood with ORA-600 error with arguments: [ktbdchk1: bad dscn] after we did a swithover . And we are getting ORA -1555 whenever particular query is executed. The database has LOB. I am not sure whether ORA-1555 and ORA-600 are related .

We followed bug fix Bug 8895202, set the parameter "_ktb_debug_flags"=8;  and rebuilded problematic indexes , still the error persist . Though database is avilable, performance is degraded to certain extend that import application funcationalites had come to halt.

Oracle version 11.2.0.2

OS Solaris 10

DataGuard in Real time apply

The problem persist in both primary and standby database of DG.
