In Preview mode MB program shows incorrect usage qty and amount

Hello,

In Preview mode, the service main billing program shows wrong Quantity and Amount for the Usage lines.

This is happening only to few Usage lines on the same contract. Below is the logs of both preview and non preview modes.

Also, I attached the same.

I can see a patch for such issues and we haven't applied that.

Can you please confirm that this Patch is indented for this issue?
