Where to get oracle.webex.com account details after account access approval.

I just got a webex account approved. When I try to navigate to http://oracle.webex.com and try to login using my Oracle SSO credentials, I fail to do so. When I try to reset the password and enter my Oracle Email as the mail id associated with the webex account, I get an error saying that the email ID is not associated with any webex account.

Are there any further steps to be followed after getting an account approval ?
