Coonect E910 to E812 for the upgrade

Hi, I will try first on the Oracle community as most of the time responses are better than creating SR.

I have E912 installation in the upgrade mode, Deployment srever and Ent server. Dep server on Windows 2008 R2, Ent server on Windows 2012, SQL is 2012.

We have existing installation on E812/898 on Windows 2003, sql 2005.

I am in the process of creating installation plan for the upgrade. I have created a ODBC on the new E910 server for the E812 Ent database and E812 Deployment Local database.

When I created the upgrade plan, I entered to upgrade from E812 to E910. It asked me to enter the E812 data source which I provided. But from there, it is not proceeding and getting these error messages:
