Price Event is not Approve but stuck in conflict checking

Hi,

I encountered a scenario where the price change I'm approving remains in "Conflict Checking" status. I received an alert that conflict checking process is complete but the status remains the same. I checked in Verify
conflict results window and it is stated there "no conflict". I checked in RPM_FUTURE_RETAIL and the action date and retail price did not change. There are also no records in RPM_PRICE_EVENT_PAYLOAD. In RPM_PRICE_CHANGE, the status is still pricechange.state.conflictChecking. In system options, PUBLISH_PRICE_EVENTS_TO_RIB is 1. RPM is in 13.2.8.0 version.

Is the issue related to RIB installation?
