How to make expenditure type visible in Internet Expense?

We use EBS 12.1.3 and we are testing some new Expenditure Type in Projects. We would like to make the new expenditure type visible in internet Expense (iExpense). How to do that.

I do have the below assignment exists for expenditure type 'CONTRA R&D ODC'

    Expense Report

See the attached screenshot for details.

Second attachment provides the list of items that are visible from iExpense screen.
