Projects Related Expenses

Although I have enabled Projects Expenditure Type for iExpense using Expense template, when I select Projects related expenditure type for in iExpense, the Project and Task fields are greyed out. Do you know how to enable those fields so I can select Project and Task to the expense entry screen. See attached screenshot.
