Does Oracle has a signed version of jacob.jar file?

We have jacob.jar file for which the certificate has expired.  Does Oracle has a signed version of jacob.jar file that I can download and use? 

We applied a patch that delivered the other two jar webutil jar files, but not this one.

Our users get a warning when it gets to that point to use this jar file.
