Installing Oracle EBS R12.x on Windows Server 2008/2012

Hi All,

We are planning to move forward with the deployment of Oracle EBS R12.x on Windows Server 2008/2012. Please suggest any special considerations before moving forward, I will really appreciate if someone can share his/her exeprience in this regard.
