EM is giving error when trying to show any info for any component for the Reports Server on WLS 11.1

Dear Experts,

good day to you all.

I am experiencing a tough problem on our Weblogic Server 11.1.2.2.0 hosted on linux 5.10 64-bit server ... it used to be running fine until something happened that made it get stuck, we tried to restart then the WLS_REPORTS shutdown script got stuck so I killed it, after that we did not see the light

I searched everywhere I could on community, google, and my oracle support but still no luck.

initially it was not starting up because of the stuck lock files in the temp folder ... but after I renamed it started up normally and OPMN processes started also, still if you run a report it will fail even if we try to access it through EM it throws:
