adop enablement patch fails with error during the AD_ZD_PREP stage
this is the nth time that we ran this ADOP enblement patch... but this time we opted to run on top of database version 12.1.0.1
we are now getting an error during the AD_ZD_PREP stage...exactly like the metalink note 1606431.1
but the work around provided by the metalink note doesn't seem to be applicable to 12.1.0.1...
the work around involves granting privileges onto APPS....but the sys object doesn't seem to exist in 12.1.0.1
