Query Design

Hi All,

I am getting the Error-1 when i am creating a requisiton  beciase there are two records for Person_id as shown in the screenshot for Error-2.I designed a query in the Value Set Tab but the query doesn't seem to work as shown in the Screenshot-1.Please bear with me as i am not good in SQL.

Could you please help in designing a query so that LOV fetches only the unique records. @CherylRiniker @Daphna Amal -Oracle
