Unable to find any customer name in Quote form.

Dear All,

I am facing two issues while creating a quote.

1. I am trying to create a quote in HTML quoting form. While selecting the customer name, I am not able to select any of the customer names. The search result is not returning any value.

2. While trying to create a quote in Oracle Telesales, I am not able to select the product field for quote line items. The LOV doesn't return any value.

Kindly help me to solve this.
