Launch Copy Organization concurrent is in Error and unable to copy organization

Dear All,

I have followed the same sequence for Organization copy as;

Using Manage Interface creats the Group Code

Gives the name of Org to made

Selects the Location from LOV

Save the changes

Launching the Copy Organization report

But it is error out and not completed and gives me the Error. Meantion in the log file attached.
