exchange rates decimal places

We load our exchange rates from Oanda to 5 decimal places. All rates are loaded from the USD, as an example the 01-DEC-14 Spot rates was loaded as the following From USD to EUR was 0.80343 to 5 decimals the invoice was calculated to 10 decimal places which is 1.2446635052 is there any way to restrict the inverse calculation to 5 decimal places or would it be better to make both sides 10 decimals?

This is causing issues when we publish rates to other parts of the business with the inconsistancy of decimal places, so reports are in 5 decimal places others to 10
