Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hello,

Maybe someone knows how Siebel generates SR number?

Siebel generated in row the following 3 SR numbers:

1) 1-344828491

2) 1-344793555

3) 1-344793569

This is very confusing because numbers aren't even in ascending order... Could anyone please help me?
