How to add another language to an Oracle Database installation?

Hi, I have just installed Oracle 11.2.0.4 onto a Windows 2008 R2 server, but just selected the language English. I now want to add the English (United Kingdom) to this installation. How do I do this? and how do I check what languages are installed on an Oracle database software installation?
