pdf output with "€" not ANSI

Hi everyone,

Here is my problem : I am using BI Publisher to generate a report in pdf (from and rt template).

Then, the document is given to a "printing company".

They require to have the font in ANSI format.

When opening the pdf, going under "File Properties", tab "Font", we can that the font used by BI Publihser (by default I thin) is Helvetica, and have "Encoding : ANSI"

When the output document contains the symbol €, then I can see that another font is used in addition to Helvetica : "Albany WTJ", and for this one the encoding is not "ANSI", but "Identity-H" --> This is causing problems to the printing company.
