Does EM copy OS command scripts to its library?

Hi all,

I created an "OS Command" job in EM12C job library. It starts a bash script located in the server and it has a database as target.

Then I submitted this job to a database in a daily schedule.

Everything was working great until one day, when I modified the bash script on the server because I had to change a directory. After that, the script started failing at every run, but the modification was manually tested. Looking at the log, it seems that EM was still executing the old script, before the modification, and since the old directory didn't exist anymore, it failed at each run.
