Save Workbooks option

Hi There,

I am using RPAS 14.0.1.3 and have a query in Save workbook functionality with 'Access' option selected as 'World'.

1. The security dimension is set at department level and I have 2 users - let's say user 1 with access to department 1 and user 2 with access to department 2

2. I opened a work book in RDF - e.g. cloning workbook with 'User 1' user id and did some changes and saved the workbook with 'World' access

3. When I log in as 'User 2' and open the saved workbook, I can see it and also edit the data

Now, since security dimension is set at department level, hence ideally User 2 should not be able to open the workbook or even if RPAS allows the user to open, the user should not be able to edit, since the user does not have access to that department.
