Point Siebel app to another DB

Hello,

I want to point our Siebel DEV app to TEST database.

Which parameters and how do I need to change?

Both environments are existing and working fine. I want to make the change for my knowledge of it works..

We are on siebel 8.0.0.11 and oracle 11g.
