What is IsPortletBlankFix.js? It does not seem to be documented anywhere.

It shows up in the twsiebellog:

13:55:00 Request 3-18 GET "/23030/scripts/siebel/custom/IsPortletBlankFix.js" status 404.

13:55:00 Session 3 closed by server.
