iStore RMA Application error

Hello,

In iStore Track Orders screen, the RMA's  (created thru Sales Order Form) with sales order reference is working fine but for the RMA's (created thru Sales Order Form) without the sales order reference is throwing an application error. Can you please explain why this is happening ?
